We are currently accepting deposits for our 2023 beef!!
We expect to have 5-6 calves to sell in the January-April 2024 timeframe. We anticipate processing these calves in mid January 2024 / mid March 2024. This beef will then be ready for pickup from early February 2024 to mid April 2024. We expect to process an additional 3-4 calves in the May-June timeframe.

I will contact you when your check has been received. As we get closer to the processing time, I will send you forms to fill out regarding your processing instructions. For those unfamiliar with butchering or if you’re simply not sure how you want to process your beef, the processors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and will be glad to assist you in defining your instructions.
After we take your beef to the processor, we will receive the hanging weight from the processor and will be able to calculate an approximate subtotal. After custom processing is complete, we will be able to give you the accurate final payment.
Your final payment is due upon receipt of your beef.
